What should you provide?

1.Send You Order Number and some photo including the external packing to we will be very appreciated if you can write down your return reason.

2.Write down You Order Number on the paper and put it in the parcels for quick return.

Time required for refund and exchange

Exchange:We will prepare the new items that you exchange and deliver them within 3 day after we receive you exchange parcel.

Refund Within 1-3 working days after we receive your returning parcel.

Note:Please keep the original package and all information as well as an evidence for us to confirm your items.

Items should be unused, undamaged and in original package.

The U S (including Canada) customers can return the items to the our US warehouse while EU (UK is included) customers will return the items to Germany warehouse.

If a  customer return a product without our permission ,we are afraid your case would not be accepted .

Only maker doesn't accept the exchange or canceling after your products has been shipped.

Custom shoes currently only accept 30% refund without free exchange with shipping cost.
